I highly recommend Brian. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and the business in general. He also offers excellent customer service, being very responsive and helpful. Ours was an estate sale, and we are located in a different state and Brian took care of everything for us, helping with repairs when needed and making sure our condo was looked after in our absence. He is also honest and caring, and was definitely more concerned about us than the sale.

We are very happy to write this positive review regarding our experience with Nehad Alhassan, a relator with Sand Key Realty. Nehad not only helped us sell our townhouse in Clearwater, Florida but he also helped us with our new housing search, which covered as far south as St. Petersburg, as far north as Tarpon Springs, and as far west as Westly Chapel. While the search took a little longer than expected, we had three contracts fall through, he remained patient and steadfast and helped us fine tune each offer we submitted. When it came time to negotiate on issues associated with the inspections or appraisals, he worked hard to try and find a reasonable compromise. Nehad was very responsive and always had time to talk to us, whether late in the evening or early in the morning. Nehad is very tech savvy, can be contacted across several social media platforms, and we could electronically sign most of our documents - which saved us significant time. Nehad is a creative thinker and even helped us get some of our closing costs paid. We are very excited about the house we finally purchased – it is by far the best of the bunch. Whether buying or selling a house, we think Nehad would be a great choice for a realtor.

Sand Key Realty and Amy my realtor was a bullseye for me: for selling my house on a short notice, getting an apartment for rent and buying the apartment where I now live. Amy helped with all questions and the paperwork (since I lost my husband during that time) and organizing a handyman. Without her help I don’t know if everything would have gone so smoothly.

Amy began our house hunting after we identified approximately 10 properties out of the more than two dozen she found that fit our preferences. During the drive from house to house , Amy was engaging and genuinely interested in our evaluation of each property.
Since not finding that perfect house, Amy suggested that we try looking at new construction. She drove us to several properties including 55+ communities.

Once we settled on one, Amy joined us whenever we met with our sales representative. Driving from her office out to Land O Lakes was a generous gesture as it was quite a distance. As we started to refine our purchase with amenities, Amy's knowledge of Florida's building codes and weather conditions were extremely helpful. Amy recommended that we get two home inspections (mid construction and final). She even provided us with the names of two home inspectors. What made Amy a fantastic realtor was her desire to do her best for us. She attended, on her behalf, the mid construction inspection, because we were out of state. She developed a rapport with our site construction manager during home construction visits while we were still at our home in Delaware. Amy was so kind to us, even treating us to refreshments (soda, water and lunch) along our travels. She treated us to a lovely dinner and a beautiful basket of Florida merchandise for our closing. Amy was energetic, knowledgeable, dependable, generous, conscientious and dedicated to finding our perfect Florida house.
