For Marty Hansen, Clearwater isn’t just a place to do business. It’s home.
A Pinellas County resident since Memorial Day weekend of 1978, Marty has watched Clearwater, its beaches, and surrounding communities grow and evolve for nearly five decades. Having grown up on the water along Allens Creek and now residing on Clearwater Beach, he appreciates both the coastal lifestyle and the neighborhoods that make the Tampa Bay area special.
Marty brings more than 35 years of business, sales, marketing, and customer service experience, including 28 years with HSN (Home Shopping Network). His career in live television retail demanded sound judgment, quick decisions, and attention to detail. His background also includes Brown & Bigelow, local retail businesses, and independent entrepreneurial ventures.
A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Business Management, Marty has personally owned four homes in Minnesota and the Tampa Bay area. His experience serving as the Personal Representative of an estate has also given him firsthand perspective on the responsibilities and complexities of property ownership.
First licensed in Florida real estate in 2005, Marty returned to the profession in 2026, bringing decades of business experience and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others. From beachside condominiums and waterfront homes to established inland neighborhoods and first-time purchases, he welcomes the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers throughout the area.
Outside of real estate, Marty enjoys boating, tennis, golf, and fantasy football.
