Attitude is everything – and attitude is what makes my real estate clients return every time they want to buy or sell a home or have a referral that they feel confident will be in exceptional hands.
I am a self-described workaholic and have a little different outlook on real estate. I work hard to turn buying or selling a home into a pleasant process. In my opinion, buying a home should be fun and selling a home should be a time of looking forward to life’s next adventure.
I relieve possible client anxieties by listening well, paying attention to every detail, and using clear and timely communication to prevent problems, which in turn makes the process of buying or selling a pleasant experience.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and income brackets. One of the main reasons I love working in the real estate industry is the variety. I never know what the day will bring or what interesting people I will meet.
My previous occupation, prior to real estate, helped refine my skills in customer service, marketing, time management, dispute resolution, and problem-solving. But the confines and restrictions with those jobs didn’t fit with my ambition and drive. I prefer being able to rely on myself and my own efforts. I also prefer the freedom to give my clients the service I know they deserve.
I embrace technology and appreciate being able to communicate with clients “their way.”
When not busy with buyers or sellers, I enjoy escaping to another world within my home. I have a passion for cooking, reading, working in the yard, or just spending quiet time in the company of my husband and our 2 four-legged canines. I am blessed with five grandchildren and spoiling them is on top of my priority list, and a personal goal that I plan on always achieving!
